1. Acceptance of Terms

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. Arbitration shall take place in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, located in or nearest to Oakville.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chagger Dental regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
